Now that you’ve decided to downsize to a smaller home, what do you do when on occasion you have more guests visit than you now have space? Most of the time, the spare room will serve its functional everyday use as perhaps a small office or sewing room. When the grandchildren want to come for a short visit though, wouldn’t it be nice to easily convert the spare room into a guest room? Wouldn’t that be convenient?

And the dining table. While a formal dining table may not be necessary for the majority of time when there’s only the two of you, still you may want to consider the times when you will most surely be entertaining family or friends?
